- Mr. Stover has more than 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, investment research and banking, and consulting to the pharmaceutical industry. He has held various positions with Pfizer, Smith Barney, Alex. Brown & Sons, and Arnhold & S. Bleichroeder. Mr. Stover has consulted to numerous pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Mr. Stover holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and has completed graduate work at the Stern School of Business at New York University.

- Mr. Berg has more than 30 years of experience in finance and investments. He was previously involved with the startup of several development-stage companies, and has held positions with Berg Capital Corporation, Oppenheimer Capital Corporation and Standard & Poors InterCapital. Mr. Berg holds a B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania.

- M. Jay Walkingshaw has more than 30 years of experience in high growth and complex transitional companies and has served as a senior executive and CFO for major corporations in the communications, media and entertainment, medical technology, pharmaceutical, software and internet industries. He has overseen, among other things, Information Technology, Human Resources, Strategic Planning and Financial Systems and Controls. Prior to founding Walkingshaw & Associates in 1990, Mr. Walkingshaw was CFO and Senior Vice President of Finance for Columbia Entertainment (Tri-Star Pictures); he was one of the founding executives of Tri-Star Pictures and was involved in constructing the joint venture between Columbia Pictures, Time, Inc. and CBS. Mr. Walkingshaw has also held senior executive positions with Warner-Amex Satellite Entertainment, GroupW Cable / Teleprompter Inc., Time Life Films, Home Box Office, and Computer Television. Mr. Walkingshaw is a graduate of Williams College and received a M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
- Michael Klibaner, M.D., Ph.D.

- Dr. Klibaner has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He held positions of increasing responsibility in cardiovascular development and drug safety at Ciba-Geigy (Novartis), Parke-Davis/Warner Lambert (Pfizer) and AstraZeneca. He was intimately involved in the design and execution of numerous clinical studies in the field of hypertension and heart failure, and participated in the preparation of several supplemental NDAs leading to successful regulatory approval of heart failure and other indications both in the US and globally. Dr. Klibaner holds a medical degree from the First Moscow Medical School, Moscow, Russia and a Ph.D. degree from the Russian National Academy of Medical Sciences. He completed his residency training at Boston University School of Medicine and is a Board Certified Pathologist. Dr. Klibaner has more than 50 scientific publications in the cardiovascular field.
