K. Tucker Andersen
Director
K. Tucker Andersen is a retired portfolio manager and security analyst and the sole proprietor of the consulting firm Above All Advisors, LLC. He previously was co-Managing Partner and Chief Investment Strategist for Cumberland Associates. Currently he serves as chairman of Artificial Cell Technologies, a biotechnology-nanotechnology venture stage firm and serves on the boards of the International Foundation for Research in Experimental Economics, the Cato Institute, GOPAC, the Questech Corporation, the Foundation for the Advancement of Monetary Education, and the Warren, Connecticut Congregational Church. He is also on the advisory board of Brook Venture Partners, and recently became a Founding Partner of Value Insight Partners, a fund of funds investing in a select group of value oriented hedge funds with diverse investment strategies. Mr. Andersen is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Associate Member of the Society of Actuaries. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Studies from Wesleyan University.
Dennis T. Mangano, Ph.D., M.D.

Dr. Mangano is Founder, CEO and Principal Scientist of the Ischemia Research & Education Foundation. He was formerly Professor and Vice Chairman, Department of Anesthesiology at the University of California, San Francisco. He is past editor of Anesthesiology and past Associate Editor of the Journal of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia. Dr. Mangano has authored more than 100 published scientific papers.
William J. Robison
Director
Mr. Robison is Retired Executive Vice President, Pfizer Inc. Mr. Robison joined Pfizer in 1961 as a professional sales representative and served in successive roles of increasing responsibility within Pfizer’s pharmaceutical sales organization to Executive VP of Sales for Pfizer Labs. He was elected a corporate officer and appointed president of the Pfizer Consumer Health Group in 1992. In 1996, he became a member of Pfizer Inc.’s Corporate Management Committee and Executive Vice President, head of corporate employee resources.
Richard R. Stover
Founder & Director
Mr. Stover serves as President and Chief Executive Officer, PeriCor Therapeutics. He has more than 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, investment research and banking, and consulting to the pharmaceutical industry. He has held various positions with Pfizer, Smith Barney, Alex. Brown & Sons, and Arnhold & S. Bleichroeder. Mr. Stover has consulted to numerous pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Mr. Stover holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and has completed graduate work at the Stern School of Business at New York University.
John A. Allison
Director
John Allison is Chairman & CEO of Unio Holdings LLC, a New York-based investment company. In November 2005, Mr. Allison retired as a senior executive of W.P. Stewart & Co. Ltd., where he had been Chairman & CEO of W.P. Stewart Asset Management Ltd. During his 10 years at the firm he had been most recently responsible for developing global corporate and strategic partnerships and acquisitions for the firm. Mr. Allison also played an active role as a senior member of the US investment management team; he was the first head of the firm's global investment team, and a frequent speaker to clients and the larger investment community on macro- and company-specific investment issues. Prior to 1995, Mr. Allison was Chairman & CEO of Auchincloss & Lawrence Inc., a high net worth investment advisory firm, which he purchased and managed before combining it with W.P. Stewart; from 1983-89 he was Vice-President and a senior investment professional at Morgan Stanley Asset Management, and from 1979-83 lecturer at Columbia University in the Department of History. Mr. Allison holds a B.A. degree from Princeton University and M.A. and M.Phil degrees from Columbia University.
